INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING BIO-PHAGE PRODUCT

1. Phage composition:

– Bacillus spp. ≥ 2 x 10⁸ CFU/ml
– Phage targeting Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Clostridium, and Staphylococcus

2. Effectiveness in eradication:

– Salmonella: 95 – 100%
– Escherichia coli: >70%
– Other types: 30 – 80 %

3. Scope of application:

– Animals: Poultry (chickens, ducks), rabbits, and other livestock

4. Safety:

No adverse reactions have been detected.
Not recommended for use by injection.

5. Storage conditions:

Store from 2 – 8⁰C
Shelf life: 24 months

6. Adverse conditions:

– Do not use with disinfectants, acidifying agents, or antiviral drugs

7. Instructions for use:

• Mix two product vials evenly into drinking water or evenly sprinkle onto food.

• Dosage: 10 ml of product/ 800 – 1,000 ducks.

• Procedure: Use the product continuously for the first two days, then periodically every 25 – 30 days.

8. Notes:

– Do not use with disinfectants, acidifying agents, or antiviral drugs
– When mixing with drinking water, use within 4 hours

9. Packaging:

– 01 vial of Bacillus spp. culture, 01 bottle of Phage solution 40 ml/ bottle packed in 1 box

– 01 vial of Bacillus spp. culture, 01 bottle of Phage solution 400 ml/ bottle and 15 pairs/ carton
