INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING CNC-DILUENT B PRODUCT

(Reconstitution solution for eye drop, nasal spray, or oral administration vaccines)

1. Composition

In 100 ml of reconstitution solution contains:

– Sodium phosphate dibasic: 0.26 g

– Sodium phosphate monobasic: 0.045 g

– Sodium chloride: 0.8 g

– Phenol red: 0.001 g

– Purified water q.s: 100 ml

2. Purpose

Used for reconstituting various types of freeze-dried vaccines.

The reconstitution solution CNC-Diluent B comprises inorganic salts creating a buffering system similar to the aqueous environment of living organisms, effectively reconstituting the live viruses, bacteria of freeze-dried vaccines. Therefore, when using vaccines for disease prevention in livestock, poultry through various routes, it will not cause reactions in animals and will cooperatively interact with antigens to stimulate a good immune response for the animals.

CNC – Diluent B reconstitution solution has a characteristic green color acting as an indicator determining whether poultry has been vaccinated correctly.

3. Administration and Dosage

– Administration method: Depending on the intended use, based on the number of vaccine doses on the vial to reconstitute freeze-dried vaccines.

– Route of administration: Eye drop, nasal spray, or oral administration.

4. Storage

Store at room temperature, not exceeding 30°C.

5. Packaging

Bottle: 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, 15, 17, 20, 34, 40, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, or 500 ml.

Box: 10, 20, 50, or 100 bottles.
