INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING CNC ND-CLONE LST PRODUCT
Newcastle Disease Vaccine Clone La Sota Strain
1. Composition:
Each dose contains
· Newcastle disease attenuated virus strain Clone La Sota ≥ 106 EID50
· Sufficient lyophilized adjuvant.
2. Function
Establish active immunity against Newcastle disease in chickens 1 day old.
3. Usage and Dosage
· Mix with drinking water, eye/nose drop, or spray.
· Mix with drinking water:
Mix with skimmed milk or with the CNC Diluent P vaccine diluent provided, formula for 1000 chickens

· Eye/nose drop:
Use a bottle with a small nozzle for drops. Apply one drop to the eye or nose of each chicken, ensuring the chicken has fully inhaled the vaccine or blinked before releasing.
· Spray:
Use sterile distilled water to reconstitute the vaccine. Apply coarse spraying method with a spray volume of 250 – 300 ml/1000 chicks 1 day old and 500 ml/1000 older chickens. The volume may vary depending on the farm’s environmental conditions. Spray from a distance of 20 – 30cm from the chickens. After spraying, let the chickens rest quietly for about 10 minutes before turning on the ventilation and heating system.
4. Storage
· Store at a temperature of 20C – 80C.
· Keep away from direct sunlight.
5. Packaging
· Vial: 50; 100;150; 200; 250; 500; 1,000 or 2,000 doses.
· Box: 10; 20; 50 or 100 vials.
