+ Eye/nose drops:
Reconstitute the vaccine with the accompanying diluent, use a small-sized dropper bottle to drop one drop into the eye or nose of the chicken, ensuring the chicken has fully inhaled the vaccine or blinked several times before releasing.
+ Spray:
Use sterile distilled water to reconstitute the freeze-dried vaccine like the dilution method for drinking water. Use a spray bottle with stable spraying pressure, use a suitable spray nozzle for coarse spraying.
Adjust the spraying volume from 250 – 300 ml/1000 chicks per day, from 500 ml/1000 larger chickens. This volume varies depending on the farm environment. Spray the chickens from 20 – 30cm away.
