INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING CNC TEMBUSU LIVE PRODUCT

(Vaccine for Duck Egg Drop Syndrome Virus)

1. Composition:

Each vaccine dose contains

• Tembusu virus attenuated strain DTMUV/2019-VN ≥ 10^3.5 TCID₅₀
• Sufficiently dried adjuvant.

2. Function:

– Create active immunity against the egg reduction syndrome caused by Tembusu virus in ducks

3. Usage and dosage:

– Usage:

 +Reconstitute the vaccine with the accompanying solvent

 +Inject subcutaneously or intramuscularly 0.3-0.5ml/duck

– Dosage:

+ Meat ducks: inject at 10 days old, revaccinate after 2 weeks with attenuated Tembusu vaccine or inactivated Tembusu oil emulsion vaccine.

+ Breeder ducks: Follow the meat duck vaccination procedure and revaccinate 2 weeks before laying to provide maternal antibody transfer (MDA) to offspring.

4. Notes:

– Use vaccine for healthy animals only

– Vaccination equipment must be sterile

– Use reconstituted vaccine within 2-3 hours

– Dispose of residual products according to veterinary regulations

5. Storage:

– Store temperature: 2-8^o C.

– Avoid direct sunlight

6. Packaging specifications:

– Bottle: 50; 100; 150; 200; 250; 1000 or 2000 doses

– Box: 10; 20; 50 or 100 bottles
