INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING CNC ND – M
1. Composition:
Each dose contains:
- Newcastle disease attenuated virus strain Mukteshwar (M) ≥ 105 EID50
- Sufficient lyophilized adjuvant.
2. Function:
Establish active immunity against Newcastle disease in chickens over 8 weeks of age.
3. Usage and Dosage:
- Reconstitute the vaccine with the accompanying diluent.
- Administer intramuscularly or subcutaneously, 0.5ml per chicken.
- Vaccinate chickens at 8-9 weeks of age, revaccinate at 16 weeks of age.
4. Notes:
- Use the vaccine only for healthy chickens over 8 weeks of age, previously immunized with lentogenic Newcastle disease attenuated virus.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect equipment after use.
- Unused vaccine vials must be disposed of according to regulations.
- Reconstituted vaccine vials should not be frozen and must be used within 2-3 hours.
5. Storage:
- Store at a temperature of 20C – 80C.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
- Shelf life: 24 months.
6. Packaging:
- Vial: 20; 50; 100; 150; 200; 250; 500; 1,000; 2,000 doses
- Box: 10; 20; 50; or 100 vials
